<p><span class="dropcap dropcap3">In</span> response to the critical situation facing the civil aviation and passenger transport sector, the American group United Airlines has announced that it will cut out 13 officer positions. This decision comes as the group plans to add other international destinations to its flight program next July.</p>
<p>Thus, the airline company intends to launch its links with Asian cities including Tokyo-Haneda, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Seoul. It will also develop its transatlantic network linking America East and West costs to Europe as well as Latin America and the Caribbean airport.</p>
<p>As in all sectors, and as for other airlines that have their aircraft grounded, United Airlines policy seeks to limit the damage caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.</p>
<p>At this end of May, activities in airports started to progress and travelers started to take flights following the gradual, but slow, lifting of restrictions on the people movement.</p>
<p>However, the majority of companies prefer to expand their staff&#8217;s leave. Others have negotiated reductions in wages for employees and crew members. Others proposed in addition voluntary departures to retire as is the case with United Airlines.</p>

This explains why forecast plans are spread over a period of at least 4 years. As tourist activity is at its lowest level, airlines are far from filling all the seats.
